Intention setting ceremony

On this first new moon in January, let's gather in ceremony to reflect on the year past and plant seeds of intention for 2026.

While I believe that in the middle of the winter is not the best time to be making radical changes (let's wait for the spring energy for that), the days slowly getting longer together with the new moon energy is a beautiful opportunity to reflect. Instead of trying to "figure it all out" with our intellect, let's invite some beautiful tools to bring us to the deeper knowing of intuition with the help of:

• cacao (provided for those coming in person)

• yoga nidra (deeply restful guided meditation that leads you to the liminal space of creativity and intuition)

• journaling in response to questions
