What started as a break became a calling. Six weeks in Goa cracked something open - and I came back knowing I couldn't keep the two lives going at once. I left the agency and stepped fully into teaching. Movement first, then breathwork, then meditation - each practice drawing me deeper into stillness, and further from the person who needed constant motion to feel alive.
Then came motherhood. My first daughter arrived in London, in a city far from family, alongside a level of transformation I could not have prepared for. We moved to Copenhagen for more space, more nature, more sanity - and our second daughter was born here, unlocking, as I think of it, level two. Mothering two strong-willed girls in a country whose language I was still learning, while wanting to show up for them and also rebuild my work - it has been the deepest test of everything I teach.
What carried me through was exactly what I now offer others: the daily practice. Not perfect. Not uninterrupted. But present - adapting to the seasons of life rather than demanding a season that never quite comes. And somewhere in that daily return to rest, I kept asking the same question: how do other women do this without these tools? That question is the foundation of everything I do now.
Today I work with mothers who are done surviving and ready to remember what thriving feels like, and with organisations navigating the same underlying tension - high demands, depleted people, and the need for something that actually restores rather than just manages. I guide them all through the same truth: that capacity is built through rest, not despite it. I also train the next generation of teachers through Just Breathe's teacher training programmes, letting the ripple spread a little further and a little faster.
I hope our paths will cross soon!

When you decide to work on your personal wellbeing and growth, it IS personal.
And the guide or teacher you work with needs to feel just right. So while it is best to meet, or at least speak first to see if we are the right match, here is a little bit about me, the person behind the programs you see on this website.
I've always been drawn to what lives just beneath the surface of everyday life. As a teenager, I was fascinated by ritual, mystery and the unseen. But like many of us, I learned to direct my energy toward what looked sensible and successful: study hard, achieve, prepare for real life.
That path took me across Europe, into top universities, and eventually into the events industry in London, where I built a career I was good at and genuinely enjoyed. As a creative producer I loved the intensity, the people, the pressure, the thrill of bringing big experiences to life. I was good at holding complexity, leading moving parts and making things happen. But underneath it all, the pace was unsustainable. The stress, long hours and constant output pulled me further and further from myself. So I did something radical. I went to India to study yoga - initially to reset and reconnect.
