75-minute class, rhythmic movements build strength while easing tension. Breath becomes an anchor, and yoga nidra invites deep restoration.
Rooted in understanding and celebration of women's physiology, this therapeutic approach to yoga honours the cycles and life-stages — from menstruation to postpartum, perimenopause, and beyond.
You’ll be guided, but also supported by the presence of other women navigating their own journeys.

DEEP REST: YOUR PORTAL INTO CLARITY & VITALITY

An 8-week guided journey into the art of rest. For women who feel exhausted by the pace of life, yet long for clarity, energy, and balance.
This is not just another course. It’s a nurturing container — weaving Yoga Nidra, neuroscience, and practical tools for daily life to help you rest deeply and reconnect with your inner capacity.
