An 8-week guided journey into the art of rest. For women who feel exhausted by the pace of life, yet long for clarity, energy, and balance.

This is not just another course. It’s a nurturing container — weaving Yoga Nidra, neuroscience, and practical tools for daily life to help you rest deeply and reconnect with your inner capacity.

Through engaging sessions, unique thematic recordings and worksheets, you will: 

  • Explore your personal relationship to rest

  • Be gently held and nurtured through guided Yoga Nidra practices

  • Gain a deep understanding of your nervous system and how true rest works

  • Learn what being rested looks and feels like for you

  • Develop a clear strategy to sustain healthy habits and momentum in everyday life
