It's easy to forget what supports us when we get swallowed by the daily demands, routines, to do lists. So use this moment as a reminder to pause, connect and re-calibrate for the rest of your week. We move through fluid vinyasa yoga to energise, breathe to sooth the nervous system and rest deeply.
Open to all and doesn't require any previous experience. Is independent from the Remember Your Power program.
