Cancellations
Tickets for this event are non-refundable. If you find that you’re unable to attend, you’re very welcome to pass your spot on to a friend or family member—just let us know their name and contact details in advance so we can prepare to welcome them.

Health & Wellbeing
After you book, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Please reply to it with your answers to a few short questions about your health and wellbeing. This helps us ensure a safe and supportive environment for everyone taking part.

Participation & Responsibility
Please honour your own pace and needs throughout the event. You are responsible for your own wellbeing and are welcome to rest or adapt any activity at any time. By booking, you acknowledge that you take part in all activities at your own responsibility.

Arrivals & Timings
We invite you to arrive at least 10 minutes before we begin so you can settle in and enjoy a calm start. We aim to begin and end on time; late arrivals may miss part of the opening circle.

Photography & Privacy
We may take a few discreet photographs to capture the atmosphere of the event for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to appear in any images, simply let us know when you arrive and we will fully respect your wishes.

Substance & Behaviour Policy
This is an alcohol- and drug-free space. We ask all participants to be respectful, kind, and supportive of one another, so we can create and maintain a safe and nourishing environment for all.
