About the event
The summer can be a beautiful time of the year. Its longer and warmer days often bring with them a lease of energy and productivity.
But it can also be a time where we might feel pulled in lots of different directions; swept up in social plans, family obligations, children's school holidays and maybe a few later nights than usual! This may leave us feeling a little burnt out or unfocused.
