About the event
As winter draws near, nature invites us to slow down — to rest(ore), reflect, and listen. This is the season of stillness, of soft darkness that holds the promise of renewal.
We gather to honour this turning inwards and a suspension of time that comes with this part of this cycle. Through cacao, we quieten the mind and open the heart, softening into presence. Guided by yoga nidra, we’ll welcome deep rest and explore the wisdom that arises when we allow ourselves simply to be.
From this place of inner quiet, we’ll move into the creative process of collage — giving shape and form to the insights that surface, creating your own version of an inner guide, muse, or protector. This gentle practice bridges the unseen and the visible, helping you anchor intuition into tangible expression.
